Cal knows the Leonida Keys the way a friendly dog knows a neighborhood — thoroughly, enthusiastically, and with no particular reason for the route he takes. He's been everywhere in the Keys, spoken to everyone worth speaking to, and has opinions about all of it. Some of his opinions are conspiracy theories. Some of his conspiracy theories are correct. The trick is figuring out which ones — and Cal will tell you everything while you work that out.
