About Dre'Quan Priest
At 28, Dre'Quan has already covered more of Vice City's cultural geography than most people twice his age. He came up through street dealing, moved into music, and now runs Only Raw Records while booking talent across the city's entertainment circuit. He knows the flea markets, the clubs, the neighborhoods where the music scene actually develops before it reaches the venues that charge admission — and he knows which parts of Vice City are about to become the next thing before they do.
